Coding Samples

CLR SQL E-Mail Address Parser

This CLR function processes a string of email addresses, splitting them into individual entries based on specified delimiters. It accounts for complex cases where addresses may contain quotes, brackets, or parentheses. By identifying boundaries accurately, even within nested structures, it ensures valid separation of addresses. The result is a collection of parsed addresses that can be output as a table for database use.

Winds of Fortune Simulator

This program simulates thousands of games of "Winds of Fortune," a dice game similar to Yahtzee. Using three pre-defined strategies (Aggressive, Conservative, Strategic), it calculates win rates and records statistical outcomes like specific win types. Players can compare strategies and analyze game results for insight into optimal gameplay approaches.
